I had to chase answers to an overdue order. I tried multiple ways to get a response but it took days before someone replied and it wasnt clear which was rhe best way to contacf eg call, email, social media chat. I think if a preorder doesn't come in as planned, customers should be informed.

Bought the product on Friday and paid for 24hr delivery and diddnt recieve until Wednesday which I was a little gutted about. But was packaged well and he was great at communicating. I think it needs to be more clear on how fast they will process and order if paying for timed delivery. But a great site to use
