I had one of the new Tarkir pre-cons orders weeks in advance and looking forward to it, but then they said they could not fulfil the order when they were due to be sent out. I've now been unable to get the pre-con anywhere else as it was pulled so late, and the price has skyrocketed too - I'll probably never be able to get it now without paying an extortionate price even though I had it pre-ordered weeks ago. They offered a refund or to hold onto my money until it is back in stock, without knowing when that would be (so could hold onto your money for months or longer). Would not risk pre-ordering anything of value in case this happens again.

It arrived quickly and well packaged. Plus it was by far the cheapest online. Gathering Games emailed me to make sure I was happy.
