Deck Overview
The Blue-Eyes archetype has received some major upgrades from the Blue-Eyes White Destiny Structure Deck and is ready to destroy your opponent.
The Blue-Eyes White Dragon is one of, if not, the most well known card in all of Yu-Gi-Oh. Even people who haven’t played the game in a decade know of its fearsome strength and legendary status.
Debuting over twenty years ago in the anime and TCG, the Blue-Eyes White Dragon is the ace monster of Seto Kaiba and many duelists have wanted to command its power.
Over the years, it has continually gotten support, even winning the world championships in 2016. Now it is the strongest it’s ever been.

Blue-Eyes can be played a few different ways but I believe the most consistent of all is using the new support to summon big Blue-Eyes related monsters and controlling the field. This can be done solely with the new cards from this Structure Deck or by mixing in some of its older support and staples.
The Blue-Eyes archetype revolves primarily around a group of LIGHT Level 1 Tuner monsters and LIGHT Level 8 Dragon monsters.
Your goal is to summon as many high level dragons as possible and control the field with their high attack and effects.
This new Blue-Eyes White Destiny Structure Deck introduces six crucial cards that elevate Blue-Eyes to top tier.
I will be going through each of these cards, explaining what they do, combos and giving you an example deck list.
Key Monsters & Utility
The Blue-Eyes White Destiny Structure Deck is ready-to-play straight out of the box. However, by combining three of the Structure Decks you can bring out its full strength by running multiples of the new, most powerful cards.
Here is a rundown on six of these powerful cards:
Maiden of White
Maiden of White is one of the most important cards in the Deck. It has three useful effects and is exactly what the Blue-Eyes archetype needed; a combo starter and extender.
Its most important effect is its first effect; you can discard it from your hand or send it from your side of the field to the GY to activate True Light directly from your Deck, hand or GY.
Its second effect allows you to Special Summon itself from your GY when you Special Summon a Blue-Eyes White Dragon.
Maidens’ final effect lets you special Summon a Blue-Eyes White Dragon or Level 1 LIGHT Tuner from your GY when it is targeted by an effect or attack.
Neo Kaiser Sea Horse
Neo Kaiser Sea Horse is a Level 4 LIGHT Tuner Dragon monster that lets you extend your plays. Its first effect lets you Special Summon itself from your hand if you control a Blue-Eyes White Dragon.
The second effect lets you manipulate LIGHT Tuner monsters Levels, making it easier to Synchro Summon. Its final effect lets you send a Blue-Eyes monster or monster that mentions Blue-Eyes White Dragon from your Deck to the GY when it is sent from the field to the GY.
Neo Kaiser Sea Horse is normally used to Link Summon into Spirit with Eyes of Blue to send a Blue-Eyes monster to the GY and add Mausoleum of White.
Spirit with Eyes of Blue
Spirit with Eyes of Blue is a Link 1 Dragon monster that requires a Level 4 or lower Spellcaster or Dragon monster to summon.
Spirit has the limitation of only being able to Special Summon Dragon monsters. It is usually summoned using one of your Level 1 LIGHT Tuners or Neo Kaiser Sea Horse. If successfully Link Summoned, you can use its effect to add Mausoleum of White from your Deck to your hand.
Spirit with Eyes of Blue also has an effect that lets you tribute itself to Special Summon a Blue-Eyes monster from your hand or GY.
Blue-Eyes Ultimate Spirit Dragon
Blue-Eyes Ultimate Spirit Dragon is a Level 12 LIGHT Dragon Synchro monster and the new boss monster of the Blue-Eyes archetype. It has an amazing effect that negates anything and has the ability to summon another Dragon monster if destroyed.
Blue-Eyes Ultimate Spirit Dragon can be Special Summoned using the effect of Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon or by using one of your Level 8 Dragon monsters, Level 1 Tuner and Neo Kaiser Sea Horse.
Blue-Eyes Ultimate Spirit Dragon stops your opponent from banishing any cards from your GY and has the amazing effect of being able to negate any one card that activates on the field and then gain 1000 ATK. It also has the effect to Special Summon any Light Dragon monster from your GY if it is destroyed.
Wishes for Eyes of Blue
Wishes for Eyes of Blue is a vital new Spell card for the Deck that lets you add two cards from your Deck to your hand. This card is both a combo starter and extender.
By discarding any one card you can add a Level 1 LIGHT Tuner and a Spell or Trap card that mentions Blue-Eyes White Dragon from your Deck to your hand.
It also has a grave effect that lets you banish it from your GY to equip your Blue-Eyes White Dragon with a Blue-Eyes card from your Extra Deck to gain 400 ATK. This also lets you fill up your GY with more LIGHT Dragon monsters to later revive back. Once Wishes for Eyes of Blue has been banished it can also once again be searched for with True Light.
Roar of the Blue-Eyed Dragons
Roar of the Blue-Eyed Dragons is the second of the two new Spell cards introduced in this Structure Deck and it lets you Special Summon a Blue-Eyes monster or Blue-Eyes White Dragon from your Deck, GY or banishment.
It also has a further GY effect that lets you Fusion Summon a Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck using monsters from your side of the field or hand including a Blue-Eyes monster.

Combo Guide
With the addition of the new Blue-Eyes support cards introduced in the Blue-Eyes White Destiny Structure Deck the archetype finally has a slew of one card combos. Together with all previous support the Deck has many combos, some of which I will now guide you through.
Combo #1
This first combo starts with Sage with Eyes of Blue as well as a random card discard and ends with five interruptions. You have an end board 2x Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon which contribute two negates and they can be tagged into 2x Blue-Eyes Ultimate Spirit Dragon which contribute two more omni-negates as well as the Effect Veiler in your hand.

Special Summon Blue-Eyes Tyrant Dragon using your Blue-Eyes White Dragon equipped with Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon
(You could also skip this step and Synchro Summon next turn using your Blue-Eyes White Dragon and Maiden of White instead of Blue-Eyes Tyrant Dragon. This will allow you to save your Blue-Eyes Tyrant Dragon for later if it is needed)Synchro Summon Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon using Maiden of White and Blue-Eyes Tyrant Dragon
Synchro summon into a second Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon using Sage with Eyes of Blue and Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon
At the start of the next turn you can use both your Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon effects to Special Summon 2x Blue-Eyes Ultimate Spirit Dragon from your Extra Deck
Instead of step 15, you could also Special Summon one Blue-Eyes Ultimate Spirit Dragon first and then Special Summon Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon second, so that Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon effect saves both your monsters from the end of turn destruction
Your Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon gives you a GY negate each as well as being able to tribute themselves during your opponent's turn to Special Summon Blue-Eyes Ultimate Spirit Dragon. You can now use your Blue-Eyes Ultimate Spirit Dragon effects to negate a card on your opponents’ side of the field as well as revive a LIGHT Dragon once they are destroyed.
