These three one-shot mini-dungeons are designed as compact, ready-to-run scenarios for Dark Forest. You can drop your group straight into an adventure or add the dungeons as extra sites within an ongoing campaign.

The mini-dungeons are presented for immediate play with no prep. They are compatible with Shadowdark RPG and also fit OSR-leaning tables that want fast, dangerous exploration and meaningful choices.
