Take the game outside with Pock, a fast and energetic dice game that mixes dexterity, tactics and a little luck.
Players divide into two teams and compete to become the first to reach 50 points. At the beginning of each round, two large Maro dice are thrown onto the playing area to act as both targets and score multipliers.
Teams then take turns throwing their own dice, trying to land as close to the Maros as possible. Once all the dice have been played, only the closest dice to each Maro score, with their value multiplied by the number showing on the target.
Things can change quickly, however. Hit a die showing a POCK symbol to score an immediate bonus, while landing too close to a dangerous Skull multiplier can knock a die out of the round entirely.
With chunky outdoor dice, simple rules and plenty of opportunities for spectacular throws, Pock is an accessible family game that's ideal for gardens, parks, beaches and gatherings.
