Tokaido: Crossroads & Matsuri (Expansion)

Description

Discover even more experiences along the legendary Tokaido road with Tokaido: Crossroads & Matsuri, a combined expansion for the Stonemaier Edition of Tokaido.

Crossroads gives travellers new choices at many of the familiar stops along the route. Admire cherry trees in full bloom, visit luxurious bathhouses, collect good luck charms, practise calligraphy, search for legendary objects and even try your luck in clandestine gambling rooms.

Matsuri introduces traditional Japanese festivals that are triggered when travellers reach the intermediate Inns. These events affect everyone on the road, creating new opportunities and changing the journey as the game progresses.

The expansion also includes a wide selection of additional Travellers, giving players new abilities and more ways to experience the journey from Kyoto to Edo.

This Stonemaier edition combines the original Crossroads and Matsuri expansions along with most previously released promotional content into a single box.
