Even at the China City Tour the pick rate for Fire Kings is huge with it being 54%! This deck wont be going anywhere anytime soon and I’m glad since the meta needed a shake up!

The Fire Kings Structure Deck is a ready-to-play powerhouse right out of the box! By combining 3 copies of the deck, you can build a raging inferno of combustion. Don't worry, the key combos are easy enough for any beginner duelist to grasp.
But before unleashing explosive moves, let's cover the basic deck building to get you started. I'll highlight the most important monsters and spells that make this deck burn so bright. Here are the key cards you will want to keep a lookout for:
Legendary Fire King Ponix
Ponix lets you search for important cards on your first turn. When summoned, add Fire King Sanctuary from your deck. Use Fire King Island to destroy Ponix and summon Sacred Fire King Garunix. Ponix returns to your hand on your next turn so you can reuse it!
Sacred Fire King Garunix
Your boss monster. When a Fire monster is destroyed, like with Fire King Island, Special Summon Garunix from your graveyard or hand. Use Garunix's effect to destroy your monsters like Fire King Avatar Barong. This sets up combos for the next turn! Garunix gains the destroyed monster's ATK too.
Fire King Sanctuary
Continuous Spell that searches for Fire King Island when activated. Protects your field spells by destroying your monsters instead. Lets you Xyz Summon during your opponent's turn if they Special Summon.
Fire King Island
Field Spell with 2 effects: Destroy 1 of your monsters to add a Fire King from deck to hand, like Garunix. If you have no monsters, Special Summon a Fire Winged Beast from your hand, like Garunix. Recycles Fire Kings when destroyed.

The Dogmatika Engine
An interesting version of this flaming force of a deck is the use of three main Dogmatika cards, them being Nadir Servent, Dogmatika Maximus and Dogmatika Fleurdelis, The Knighted. With these cards they create a perfect synergy with the Fire Kings since they flow into each other quite nicely, and if you wanted to make the combo madness even spicier fit Tri-Brigade Shuraig into the extra deck for a good way of searching for Ponix and getting the party started!

With the deck being so easy to use and very fluid it doesn't take too much to heat up the board, especially with this easy-to-understand combo
Combo #1
- Normal Summon Legendary Fire King Ponix
- Search for Fire King Sanctuary
- Activate Fire King Sanctuary and place Fire King Island in the field spell zone
- Activate Fire King Island and destroy Legendary Fire King Ponix then search for Sacred Fire King Garunix
- Special Summon Sacred Fire King Garunix’s effect via its own effect
- Activate Sacred Fire King Garunix’s second effect and send Fire King Avatar Barong to the graveyard
- Wait until your second turn to roll around
- Use Legendary Fire King Ponix’s effect and add it back to the hand
- Activate Fire King Avatar Barong’s effect in the graveyard and search your deck for Fire King High Avatar Kirin
- Use Fire King High Avatar Kirin’s effect to destroy Legendary Fire King Ponix in the hand to special summon Fire King High Avatar Kirin to the field
- Finally, combine Fire King High Avatar Kirin and Sacred Fire King Garunix to XYZ summon Garunix Eternity, Hyang of the Fire Kings

For my next combo, I will use an example hand of what you might draw in a real duel since the first combo is all about having that perfect hand to start things off but plans don’t always go the way you want them to so here is a random hand combo to get an understanding off the deck.
- Draw: 2x Torrential Tributes, 1x Fire King Sanctuary, 1x Fire King High Avatar Garunix and 1x Fire King Avatar Rangbali
- Activate Fire King Sanctuary and place Fire King Island in the field spell zone
- Use Fire King Island’s effect to destroy Fire King High Avatar Garunix (just in case next turn you can use Fire King High Avatar Garunix’s effect to destroy all other monsters if your opponent can mass summon monsters)
- Special Summon Sacred Fire King Garunix via Fire King High Avatar Garunix's effect of being sent to the graveyard
- Activate Sacred Fire King Garunix’s second effect and send Fire King Avatar Barong to the graveyard
- Wait until your second turn to roll around
- Activate Fire King Avatar Barong’s effect in the graveyard and search your deck for Fire King High Avatar Kirin
- Use Fire King High Avatar Kirin’s effect to destroy Fire King Avatar Rangbali in the hand to special summon Fire King High Avatar Kirin to the field
- Finally, combine Fire King High Avatar Kirin and Sacred Fire King Garunix to XYZ summon Garunix Eternity, Hyang of the Fire Kings
